Editor: ProtoMon is a network and server monitoring software that will automatically check your servers and computers at specified intervals. It will immediately notify you about any problems, and you will be able to fix them even before somebody noticed that.
The program supports a wide range of network protocols including ICMP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, etc.
Also ProtoMon can monitor System Information of any Windows computer. There are more than 30 parameters that can be monitored. Among them are the CPU and memory usage, files and processes information, registry values and much more.

This feature requires ProtoMonAgent to be installed on the remote computer. ProtoMonAgent is a tiny and FREE Windows service that allows ProtoMon to read the following information:
* CPU. Number of processors; current load; average and maximum load since the last query.
* Memory. Total and available amount of physical (RAM) and virtual (PageFile) memory.
* Disks. Existence; type; GUID; total and free disk space.
* Operation system. Version and build numbers; installed service pack.
* Files. Size; creation date and time.
* Processes. CPU and memory usage.
* Registry keys values.
* Services statuses.
